After initially being part of an RTT Group transformation program whereby historically disadvantaged individuals are mentored and trained to become successful entrepreneurs, Plenum Express is now 100% Black Owned. The directors and staff are self-motivated individuals with decades of experience and a proven track record for service excellence in the industry.
